Working as Senior Delivery Manager from IBM for large North American Telecommunication client. I am spearheading software development activities of Service Assurance and Network Services Portfolio of client. Which consist of  30+ applications with various technologies like Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, RESTful APIs, java/j2ee, BMC Remedy, C, C++, SAS, IBM Watson Services, Bigdata and related technologies. Portfolio has around 130 practitioners.
Responsibilities:
 - Delivery of Maintenance and Enhancement projects of 30+ applications with yearly revenue of ~$15M.
 - Responsible for new technology adoption and migration.

Worked as Delivery Manager from IBM for large North American Telecommunication client. I was spearheading efforts across project related activities involving project planning, execution and management in tune with the core business objectives, that includes risk management, effort / time / cost estimation, and cost optimization for 20 applications of various technologies like java/j2ee, Microsoft technologies, TERADATA, Informix, C, C++ and related technologies in construction engineering space of AT&T telecommunications.

Worked for Sprint Telecommunications as an Onshore Delivery Manager.  I was responsible for supporting day to day operations of a large portfolio of 320 practitioners spread across various geographies (USA, India(Bangalore and Pune), Brazil and Philippines). The portfolio consists of various applications under the Retail Management System, Web development, Wholesale services, and In-direct sales which are critical to Sprint.

Responsibilities:
 - Support multi geographic teams in delivering quality solutions to Sprint. 
 - Facilitate quality delivery by providing directions to the onshore IBM India team members in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
 - Participate in identifying and fulfilling staffing needs for the project, hire qualified professionals when required.
 - Identify and implement process improvements, ensure compliance by onshore and offshore teams.
 - Support Delivery Project Executive in managing revenue & cost for the portfolio.
 - Responsible for financial forecasting and forecast tracking against the actual on a weekly/monthly basis.

Worked for Sprint Telecommunications from IBM in Virgin Mobiles USA merger IT projects in which, I was involved in move of VMU suite of applications from IBM data center to sprint data center by converting all VMU suite of applications from MVNO type applications to Sprint prepaid suite of applications which operates inside Sprint enterprise architecture and data centers. This suite contains, various technologies like SOAP Webservices, RESTful APIs, java/j2ee, Struts, Axis 1.x, and JBOSS EAP 5.0

Also worked in "Wholesale " activation/provisioning/partner management/port management system, which is used by MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators).

 - Responsible for sizing of hardware for development, test, staging and production environment. 
 - Jointly responsible with client's System admins and architects for hardware design for all the Linux servers for having application's application server and web server 
 - Responsible for deployment architecture for all the applications in Sprint Prepaid suite in all environment.
 - Responsible for setting production support plan all the applications in Sprint Prepaid.

This application provides Sprint’s MVNO partner users with the ability to conduct online account setup with Sprint, Mobile activation, device swaps, MDN swaps, Plan and Service setup and its maintenance, port in and port management. Technologies used in MVNO.com application are SOAP Webservices, java/j2ee, Struts, Axis 1.x, and JBOSS EAP 5.0/WebLogic 10.x

Also worked in "Sprint and Cable Joint Venture" project (Go2Mobile)  This is activation/provisioning/ system, which is used by MSO (Multiple Service Operators).

Spread across 10 functional areas which include, Administrative Office Management, Work in Progress Management, Case Management, Title Management, Lien Management, Registration Management, Permit and Placard Management, Customer Management, Cash Management, Plate and Stock Management and Security and System Administration
