-Diversified our paid marketing strategy with new media tests and creative content development by engaging with a creative agency to develop a 1 video and 10 static and animated display assets that were platform agnostic and could flex for hiring and business priorities. 
-Supported location hiring priorities by updating the content on 8 office location pages on Google's careers site through cross collaboration with internal partners that resulted in an average increase in page views of 38% and an average decrease in bounce rate of 96%.
