Anton Hristov is a highly skilled research projects leader and NLP researcher at Ontotext and Sirma AI. Anton's current role involves working as a computer vision researcher and engineer, where he is responsible for researching and developing innovative computer vision solutions. Prior to this, he worked at Sirma Solutions as a computer vision researcher and engineer in the computer vision lab. He also served as a computer vision researcher at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies (IICT) - Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, where he worked on a project involving modeling of volitional saccadic eye movements in making decisions. Anton has an impressive educational background, having completed his PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He also attended the International Computer Vision Summer School (ICVSS) in 2017 and 2018, where he pursued his PhD in Computer Vision & Machine Learning. Anton holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Technology from the Technical University of Sofia. Anton's technical expertise includes research scientist, computer vision, AI, NLP, SQL, OpenCV, image processing, Android, Javascript, ML, Tensorflow, neural networks, mobile, Python, Ruby, and Java.
