Anton Radev is a highly experienced Managing Director at PMA.bg - Project Management Academy, with over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Designer, and Front-End Web Developer in various fields. He is the Founder of PMA.bg - Project Management Academy and the Creator of PMLab PRO® - Software helping Product Managers and Product Owners create products with high business value faster than ever. Anton is also an author, having written the book “Design, Humans, and Interactions” in 2013. Anton has worked as a Project Manager & Product Owner in a social media startup for 3 years and as a Project Manager in a software company for 3 years. He has also spoken at the UXify Bulgaria Conference in 2015 and served as a jury member at the BG SITE 2014 Competition. Anton has a wide range of certifications and statements of accomplishments, including being a BVOP™ Certified Agile Manager (BVOPM™), BVOP™ Certified Project Manager (BVOAD™), Professional Scrum Product Owner ™ (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master ™ (PSM I), and more. He has skills in Jira, Microsoft Project, X/HTML, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP, Java, User Experience (UX), User Interface Design (UI), Web Accessibility, and Web Usability Testing. Anton has worked as a Senior Product Owner at Software Technology Group, where he established Evidence-Based Management (EBM) with Key Value Areas (KVAs) across C-level executives. He has also served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Therria, where he gathered business documentation, users’ needs, and converted them into technical requirements, mockups, and user stories. Anton has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from New Bulgarian University and a Specialist degree in Tourism from the College of Tourism Bourgas, Bulgaria. He has relevant experience of 15.20 years and a tech stack that includes Web, product manager, Frontend, designer, Java, PHP, Research Scientist, ui, test, and Javascript.
