Antonina Robles is a highly motivated Quality Customer Experience Program Manager at HP with over 16 years of relevant experience. She is passionate about learning and succeeding in any area she works in. Currently, Antonina is the National Affairs Committee Chair at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, where she trains regional and national student leaders and helps them develop a strategic plan for the year. She established cross-functional partnerships with ongoing resources and assisted in providing current measurements for content on HP web portals. Antonina also participated in two Black Belts projects as part of the core team, investigated various diagnostic and troubleshooting tools, assisted in creating a process to support Hub URLs to direct customers to the web, and collaborated on Customer Help Strategy for web self-assist on LaserJet products. Antonina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer Information Systems from Boise State University. Her tech stack includes web technologies.
