Her work at FrontRow involved increasing D1 retention by 15% through identifying user personas and preferred behavior and creating targeted communication campaigns. She efficiently used Clevertap, Branch, MixPanel, and Metabase for analyzing user data by creating trends, segments, funnels, and retention cohorts. She also re-designed the user experience and UI of the app and tailored it as per user requirements. Anu has also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at The Sparks Foundation, where she gained valuable experience in digital marketing.
