Anuj Khandelwal is an Associate Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, and Poet who is passionate about helping young professionals and freshers build robust resumes. With his diverse work experience in industries like Electric Mobility, Arts & Entertainment, Travel, and Board Gaming, Anuj is constantly exploring and learning new things. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from the prestigious Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune. Anuj possesses excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, making him a valuable asset to any team. As an artist at heart, he enjoys creating aesthetically appealing digital graphic posters and is skilled in content writing, be it technical reports or creative writing. In his current role at Check n Click Learning and Technologies Private Ltd., Anuj has developed over 30 web-based training modules for a SaaS product and created simulations for the same using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia. He has also contributed to writing blogs on Bloom's Taxonomy and Instructional Design Models comparison. Anuj has created scripts and handled production for self-paced courses based on Instructional Design and is currently converting a 30-hour ILT training into a self-paced WBT course. Anuj has also worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Globalshala, where he developed and designed an asynchronous Skill Development course using Articulate 360. He revamped courses like Data Visualization, Employee Onboarding, Analytics for Industry, Digital Marketing, and made them visually appealing on Canvas LMS. Anuj conducted a knowledge transfer training session on Course Creation using Canvas LMS. Anuj's passion for board games led him to work as an Associate Consulting Editor at Tabletop Universe, where he brainstormed, planned, and documented the details of a magazine dedicated to board games for the South Asia region. He proofread existing content and translated the game rules into Hindi. Anuj created a questionnaire with 100+ questions for the feature interviews with prominent game designers, game developers, publishers, board game café owners, etc., across the globe. In his free time, Anuj enjoys scribbling poems on his yellow-paged diary or performing a few of them on stage. He is always open to working on new projects and assignments and loves discussing varied topics to bring about positive change.
