Anuj Khanduja is an accomplished product manager with over 18 years of experience in payments and telecom across multiple product lines. He is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Products at Manipal Business Solutions Private Limited. Anuj has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams on product development from planning, requirement gathering, prioritizing and scoping, development, testing, deployment & performance measurement. He has defined product vision and directed product development and execution. Anuj has secured PPI (Prepaid Payment Instrument) license for PaySe from Reserve Bank of India and spearheaded the launch of PPI business, PaySe – an online & offline mobile payment solution. Throughout his career, Anuj has managed risk & compliances for PPI business including liaising with regulator (RBI) & Escrow agent. He has also managed product, policies, procedures & pricing while defining overall product strategy. Anuj has identified the right fit alliances & partnerships for new product propositions. He has worked closely with senior management to ensure strategy, development plans are coordinated across and aligned with the organization's goals. Anuj has demonstrated thought leadership through participation in industry forums as a panelist & speaker. He has conducted training sessions for ombudsman officers for Reserve Bank of India on PPI. Anuj has also differentiated products based on unmet market needs through new product features and enhanced product release with new features mapped to market requirements. Anuj has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology from Management Development Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Adesh Institute of Engineering & Technology, Faridkot, Punjab. He also holds a Pre-University; Higher Secondary from P.S.E.B. Board and a High School Certificate from C.B.S.E. Board.
