Anuj Mathur is a highly experienced Program Manager with over 20 years of experience across various industries such as E-Commerce, Finance, and Electronic Design Automation. He has worked in Professional Services, Product Development, and Consulting Services across the US, Europe, and Asia. Anuj has extensive experience in leading end-to-end project deliveries using Waterfall and Agile methodologies with multiple vendors, global stakeholders, and compliant with CMM Level 5 and ISO 20K. Anuj has managed large DevOps and PM teams and developed Open Source web apps, web scrappers, grid computing, and migration products. He has also been involved in IT Transformation planning for corporates, including setting up of Innovation and Agile Project Management capabilities and Cloud adoption. Anuj has established PMO, Development, QA, and Project Management functions at large organizations like BirlaSoft, Cadence, and Fidelity. Anuj is experienced in Robotic Process Automation platforms like AutoIT, Selenium, BluePrism along with PERL, PHP, Bash/ Shell scripts. Currently, he is working as a Consultant, Program Manager at Genpact, managing a Skill development platform that involves business analysis, design and development of the platform using SaaS-based platform, vendor liaison, stakeholder progress reviews, budget tracking, and stakeholder management. In his past roles, Anuj has worked as a Technology Consultant, IT Program Management & Application Support at Vaad, where he provided technology consultancy services, managed customer engagement, and trained corporates and institutions to set up new Open Source environments and capabilities. He also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Fidelity, where he established India PMO & Project Management function functions, transformed those to have a Global foot print and standardized practices. He led organizational transformation to Agile practices and steered global teams and vendors for on-time project delivery. Anuj holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Rohilkhand University and completed his schooling from Cambridge.
