Anuj Paul is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in enabling businesses through technology innovation, digital transformation, and business process modeling. Currently, he is a Senior Manager of Software Development at Amazon, where he is actively hiring SDM/SDEs for one of the most loved membership programs, Amazon Prime. Anuj has a diverse background, having worked in start-ups, Fortune 500, niche product, IT services, and consumer internet organizations. He has built technology solutions across all functions of eCommerce business for the past five years, managing and mentoring multi-profile technology teams of 100-150+ to deliver business-focused technology solutions. Anuj is also an expert in digital payments, having designed wallets and micro-finance solutions, and enabling digital payments. As a mobility solutions expert, he has experience designing USSD, SMS, Native UI, Mobile-Web applications. Throughout his career, Anuj has achieved several career highlights. He co-founded Mann-India Technologies, a software services provider, at the early stage of his career in the year 2000. He also led the engineering team of FranConnect, the world's #1 Franchise Management Solution Suite, and designed Transaxion, Mann-India's USSD-based Mobile Payment Platform, implemented as tPago in the Dominican Republic. Anuj has also designed and implemented India's 1st dynamic virtual shopping wall "Scan n Shop" at IGIA, New Delhi, and rebuilt and transitioned 90% of Homeshop18 technology team from Bangalore to Noida in 1 month with zero impact on business. He also designed and quickly implemented digital payment solutions at Homeshop18 to counter de-monetization and evolved Homeshop18 technology architecture to deliver real-time insights for sales and fulfillment. Anuj's past experience includes working as CTO and Chief Architect of mCommerce at Homeshop18, where he managed end-to-end technology solutions for their technology-led TV Commerce and eCommerce business. He also contributed to business strategy, identified sales and efficiency drivers, defined and executed business process improvements, and managed the complete technology team, including Engineering, BI & Analytics, Datacenter Management, and IT Infrastructure.
