Anukaran Mishra is a skilled Technical Lead with over 6 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering. He is currently working at Algoworks, where he is part of the SRE Team, brainstorming, identifying, and solving long-standing issues that are primarily architectural and design-based. Anukaran is responsible for the architectural design and development of new modules and features, as well as discussions with the product team for implementation and technical solutions of the requirements scoped. Additionally, he is involved in training and interviewing developers and new joiners, as well as conducting code reviews of various implementations throughout the product. Prior to joining Algoworks, Anukaran worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cars24, where he was responsible for the architectural design and development of several key features in the C2C vertical of the Cars24 website and CRM. He also designed and developed the Admin Panel microservice, which includes the entire configuration and business logic of the Cars24 buyer website. Anukaran took ownership of engineering, deployment, code review, and maintenance of C2C services, while guiding and assisting fellow developers. Anukaran also worked as a Software Developer at Motherson Sumi, where he was involved in the development of the RAS-Requisition Approval System, a flagship application for requisition approval. He was also responsible for the development of Accumen, which is an analytical and graphical representation of the whole organization's data, report generation, and automated alerts. Anukaran worked as a backend and frontend developer using Java, JavaScript, and related technologies. Anukaran holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway, which he obtained in 2016. He also completed his 10th and 12th grades from St. Peter's School, Akbarpur, and RLB Sen. Sec. School, Lucknow, respectively.
