Anukriti Jain is a highly skilled Strategy Consultant with over 7 years of experience in the industry. She is currently working at Accenture, where she has been responsible for conducting market research, market assessment, benchmarking, competitor analysis, finance (due diligence), digital strategy, value tracking, stakeholder management, project management, and business process management across a wide range of industries such as Telecom, Hi-Tech, S&P, Media, and A&D. Anukriti has a strong educational background, having completed her PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and her Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from IIT Indore. During her summer internship at A.T. Kearney, Anukriti worked on zero-based budgeting for FMCG industries and established a plan to achieve net savings of INR 125 Cr in G&A spend of a leading beverage company. She also developed a model to calculate the total cost of ownership for different OEMs and different bottling line speeds, estimating savings of INR 0.6/bottle based on the TCO model by choosing optimal line speed & OEM.
