Anup Sankarraman is a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer Intern at Tesla, where he works with the Vehicle Engineering team to provide valuable vehicular data across several teams at Tesla. With a relevant experience of 0.78 years, Anup has a strong background in computer science and is proficient in several technologies such as Docker, Golang, Kubernetes, MySQL, and ETL. During his time at Tesla, Anup has implemented an ETL project utilizing several gRPC calls to extract over 1 million parts, transform the info into usable data, and asynchronously push selected data to MySQL DB. He has also programmed data transformation in Golang and deployed cronjob of docker image to production. Anup quickly learned Golang and various new technologies such as Docker, Helm, Argo, and Kubernetes to deploy the image. Before joining Tesla, Anup worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California, where he supported Professor Kendra Walther to teach Object-Oriented Programming to students using Java. He provided individual attention to students during office hours to help understand course material or assist in solving coding assignments. Anup holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. He is a quick learner and has a passion for solving complex problems. Anup is a team player and has excellent communication skills, making him an asset to any organization.
