As the founder of Deltron Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he created the organization's mission and vision statements, developed key operational initiatives, and conducted target market research to identify advantageous trends. He also oversaw business-wide changes to modernize procedures and organization and supervised and motivated 100 staff members to achieve optimal productivity. Anupam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University. He is a research scientist with 8.03 years of relevant experience and has a strong tech stack.
