Anupam Choudhari is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Spottabl, where he is building an intelligent hiring platform for startups and product companies that provides them access to specialized recruiters on-demand. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Anupam is an expert in SMB and Enterprise SaaS products, right from product discovery to positioning and go-to-market strategy. He has also conceptualized and built India's first talent insights knowledge graph that represents the skills of people and their jobs. Anupam is a huge proponent of AI-driven experiences in HR and recruiting and has extensive experience in building Machine Learning-driven EdTech and HRTech products, as well as managing high-performing Data Science and Product teams. He has worked with Edge Networks in the past, where he was the Head of Data Science and Product Lead - Innovation Labs, and played a key role in building a culture that embraces Data and AI. He established Edge as an AI thought-leader by winning the Nvidia GTC Best of Show award and getting selected for Google's Launchpad Accelerator program. Anupam also led a separate workforce analytics team responsible for delivering high business impact features such as demand forecasting, demand optimizer, attrition analysis, and more. Anupam holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is skilled in Data Science, Product Management, AI, ML, Test, Deep Learning, and Search. As a Co-founder and CPO at Spottabl, Anupam is currently building an Uber for recruitment, a marketplace of specialist recruiters who are available on-demand. His AI smartly pairs them with the right jobs on the platform and helps them discover talent from their own specialized talent pool.
