He negotiates and establishes partnerships with influencer and talent management agencies such as Qyuki, Tamada, Vidorra, Runway LifeStyl, and DOT. Additionally, Anuraag manages production management and sponsorship for India's largest OTT and web awards, the TT Awards. Previously, Anuraag served as the National Head of Operations & Strategic Partnerships at Filmboard Movies, where he identified and executed industry alliances and partnerships with top brands such as Indigo Airlines, MMT, Haptik, Kaleyra, OYO, Rebel Foods, SiS Group, Lemon Tree Hotels, Treebo Hotels, Fab Hotels, Meru Cabs, Gozo Cabs, and Zostel. He also managed business operations for key accounts, including Roy Kapur Films, Excel Entertainment, Jar Pictures, TVF, Alt Balaji, and Victor Tango, and worked on mega projects such as RRR for DVV Ent. Anuraag introduced requisite technology to integrate multiple touchpoints and service areas and automated the D2C partner onboarding process, taking active partners from 8,000 to 24,000 in 9 months. He also expanded pan-India operations from 3 to 18 cities, including cost control, P&L management, hiring, training, and performance management.
