Anurag Goyal is a seasoned UX Design Lead and Senior Interaction Designer with almost 11 years of experience in the industry. He has worked on various domains such as Banking and Finance, Automobile, Insurance, and Healthcare, collaborating with clients, managers, testers, visual designers, and backend developers to build intuitive user interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications. Anurag is a team player who has led teams and effectively communicated with them to deliver user-centered design principles. Anurag's first tryst with UX design and development began when he started his own company focused on delivering creative and customized websites and applications. He has a strong background in user research, design, and development, which he believes can help him create interactions that combine the worlds of users and technology with better usable products and a great user experience. Currently, Anurag is working as the User Experience Design Lead and Senior Interaction Designer at Huntington National Bank. He is leading design teams and creating intuitive experiences for Commercial Digital, Foreign Exchange Trading, and Business Banking customers. His goal is to help them manage their money in a better and more efficient way. In the past, Anurag has worked as a Product Design Intern at Roche, where he designed a Knowledge Portal to showcase the client's work and helped translate research insights into accessible and actionable information by following user-centered design principles. He has also worked as a Product Design Volunteer at Longsight, Inc., where he redesigned the Sakai Wiki tool to encourage collaboration and participation among students and ensure better user experience, accessibility, and usability. Anurag holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from RGPV.
