Anurag Jindal is a seasoned Automotive DFT Technical Director and Architect with over 17 years of experience in the field. As the Head of DFX Group at Ericsson, he has developed the complete infrastructure for enabling safety in automotive parts with in-field test requirements for NXP. Anurag is a global lead for defining architecture, methodology, and processes for the DFT organization worldwide for NXP. Anurag has made strong contributions to DFT over multiple years with breakthrough innovations, holding 12 patents and multiple trade secrets. He has a strong execution history with continuous strategic improvements year on year while delivering on multiple critical projects. Anurag has defined a brand new architecture for DFT and in-field test for the next technology node (5nm) with a focus on predictability in execution and physical awareness. Anurag has a strong collaborative working experience with EDA to drive new tool development for Automotive DFT enablement. He has led several efforts on methodology standardization and automation to drive efficiency and predictability for the DFT organization. Anurag has also led and managed large teams while working with senior leadership, including providing mentorship, guidance, and training. Anurag has played a significant role in growing the organization by hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds across multiple geographical sites. He has worked with past companies including NXP Semiconductors as Director, SOC DFT (Automotive) and Freescale Semiconductor as Design Manager - DFT. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Thapar University in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. He has a tech stack that includes Spring, Java, Spring Boot, test, AWS, Senior Software Engineer, infra, and SQL. Anurag's relevant experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to any organization in the automotive industry.
