Anurag Kanti is a cross-border strategic partnership enabler in the e-mobility and drone industries, a startup advisor and mentor, and a curated funding connector. He is currently a senior advisor at Alternative Global, an EV and drone-focused management consulting firm with bases of operations in Birmingham, UK, and global offices in New Delhi, India, and Chicago, USA. Anurag has been involved with over 70 companies from the electric vehicle and drone industry across countries and has been helping clients towards growth and expansion. With his connect with cutting-edge technology players, he is able to create the appropriate JVs and strategic tie-ups based on the use case. His market understanding enables him to provide the right advice and guidance to organizations having plans to use EVs and drones for their operation by helping them create a holistic EV/Drone strategy and implementing it. Anurag has previously worked as the Head of Investor Relations at GoZero Mobility, an upcoming mobility company keen to make a mark in the field of electric vehicles in India. He has also been an advisor and mentor to several startups and social enterprises, including Startup India, iStart Rajasthan, Startup Oasis, Abhyuday-IIT Bombay, and Naropa Fellowship, among others. Anurag has served as a jury member for several events, including Hult Prize, Techkriti '18 - IIT Kanpur, Techniche '18 - IIT Guwahati, and Catapooolt ProductCzars Grand Finale. Anurag holds a Master's degree (equivalent) in Chief Engg. Licence from the Maritime & Coastguard Agency (U.K.), a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from DMET/MERI, and completed his schooling from Netarhat Public School. With over 22 years of relevant experience, Anurag's area of interest includes strategy and program design/business modeling, technology identification and assessment, both in the startup scenario and social sector (including CSR).
