Anurag Kumar is a dynamic individual with a passion for data analytics and a track record of success in various fields. With 2.78 years of relevant experience, he is actively seeking opportunities in data analytics to leverage his skills and expertise. Currently, Anurag is the Co-Founder of Kautilya Institution, where he has successfully headed a team of four members to open an IIT-JEE & NEET coaching center. He identified the opportunity to serve 1000 students annually within the Bahraich district (U.P.) and managed the infrastructure within 1200 sq.ft. area with a capacity of 400 students at a time. He also guided the development of a website for the coaching center, which resulted in a 60% increase in enrollment. During the pandemic, he designed the course structure and created lecture content for online classes, which was well-received by students. Before his current role, Anurag worked as a Trainee at Public Works Department, where he maintained the quality of work under the supervision of senior Civil Engineer. He analyzed the processes and techniques involved in the foundation work of the project, examined the type of soil, and rectified the faults produced by man-made error or unfavorable conditions. He also worked as a Super Coordinator, Hospitality at Inter IIT Sports Meet, where he managed the stay of over 200 people during 33rd Aquatics Meet and over 2000 people during 52nd Inter IIT Sports Meet from 23 different IITs. He efficiently managed the grievance redressal mechanism and acted as a node of communication among the entire contingent and other six sub-committees of the organizing committee. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. He has experience in infra and is well-versed in the tech stack required for data analytics. Anurag is a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. He is passionate about data analytics and is eager to contribute his skills and expertise to a challenging role in the field.
