Anurag Malpani is a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with over 7 years of experience at Smartapps Australia. Anurag's past experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Samsung, where he gained expertise in the 3G Layer2 3GPP protocol stack development. He was involved in specifications study, design and development of UMTS RLC / MAC protocols for FDD and TDD (TDSCDMA) access technology, analysis, testing, and commercialization of multimode protocol stack, issue debugging/fixing, documentation (Interface, HLD), presented seminar for the team on the working of the UMTS RLC / MAC protocols, and submitted a proposal to reduce battery consumption by using layer 2 messages to transmit effective information. Anurag also worked as a Programmer Analyst at Mindtree, where he completed training in core Java, JSP and Servlets, Spring and Hibernate, SQL, and Oracle. Anurag holds a B.E degree in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore Institute of Technology, PUC from Deeksha Center for Learning, and ICSE from Cathedral P.U College & High School, Bangalore.
