Anurag Mathur is an accomplished engineering leader with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. He has held leadership positions for many years and is currently the Software Development Manager at Amazon, leading the tech behind core shopping experience of Fashion, Beauty, Books, Digital Software, and regulatory compliance for Amazon India. Anurag is an organizational efficiency-oriented professional who is experienced in handling technical and management aspects of geographically diverse teams with different skill levels and skill sets. Anurag's expertise lies in designing and developing solutions related to Grid and Cloud computing for very large systems. He has taken leadership positions in management of Cloud-based solution modules for System Management products. As part of the India Consumer Tech, he leads the tech charter for Amazon.in's Core Consumables and Media program. His team has delivered India-first solutions with respect to the implementation of Legal regulations, improved CX experience on the Detail Page for 12 Categories of products, Rebuilding Subscribe and Save program for India, and Schools. Prior to his current role, Anurag worked as a Senior Development Manager at Oracle, managing the core framework of Oracle Enterprise Manager. He was responsible for the design and development of Oracle Enterprise Manager Managed PaaS solution for Oracle Public Cloud and Unmanaged PaaS Solution for Oracle Public Cloud. Anurag has also worked as a Member of Technical Staff at iPolicy Networks, where he was responsible for development and maintenance of the Firewall, URL Filtering, and AV modules in the IP3K series of the network router/firewall product. Anurag holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. He also completed a Certificate course in establishing an Enterprise in UP from the Department of Entrepreneurship, Govt of Uttar Pradesh, India. Anurag completed his Indian School Certificate Examination (Yr 11, 12) and Indian Certificate School Examination (Yr 10) from Career Convent College, Lucknow.
