Anurag Nandkeolyar is an IT Senior Software Engineer at Fastenal India and an Executive at Hope A Start. He is passionate about honing his individual technical and managerial skills to achieve his goals. Currently, Anurag is working as an IT Software Engineer at Fastenal, where he has hands-on experience in web application development using Java EE, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JavaScript, JQuery, Java Beans, JAX-RS, and RESTful services development. He has also developed a PCI compliant credit card payment system and optimized cross-functional operations for customer demand management. Anurag has additional responsibility as a lead for Fast360 and OMS-Fastenal. Previously, Anurag worked as an Executive at Hope A Start, where he developed a data-driven policy building approach. He determined the dominant regional issues relevant to any location depending on broad categories like Mental Health, Hygiene, etc. He predicted the most feasible approach to address the dominant issue in that region and developed a model trained on multiple global and regional reports detailing impact scores of different government schemes and various surveys conducted by NGOs. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He completed his 10+2 education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi Public School - Bokaro and his High School education from Assembly of God Church School. Anurag's technical skills include software engineering, Java, Javascript, Spring, and web development. He is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
