Anurag Ranjan is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in Storage, Virtualization, and Data Protection. With over 5 years of experience in the computer software industry, Anurag has developed expertise in C#, GoLang, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Druva, Anurag is responsible for developing Backup and Recovery solutions for Azure AD, Sharepoint Online, and Teams using Microsoft Graph for Quest Netvault Backup. He has also contributed to implementing an algorithm for network resiliency and adding support to migrate On-Prem users to Azure AD. In his previous role as a Senior Development Engineer at Calsoft, Anurag worked on a Backup As A Service product that provides secure data protection and infrastructure analytics with all the combined information spanning data centers, cloud, and hybrid solutions over the entire enterprise. He also worked on Rest APIs, core parts of Backup and Recovery like low-level design, metadata format, search features, etc. As an Intern at Calsoft, Anurag created tools around a project that dealt with incremental backup through change block tracking in Windows kernel. Anurag holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University and completed his high school education from Army Public School, Jaipur.
