Anurag Rastogi is a highly experienced FinTech professional with over 13 years of experience in product management and technology innovation. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and Head of Product at HyloBiz, a business-centric FinTech platform with operations in India, UAE, and Bahrain. Anurag is responsible for spearheading product and technology innovation at HyloBiz, which offers targeted services for professionals, freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses, and big corporate enterprises. With a deep understanding of the needs of businesses, Anurag has integrated the top-used ERP in its target markets, built an API-Sandbox for the bigger businesses, and provided functional use cases like PI, PO, Inventory, Invoicing, etc., along with connected banking services. Anurag's past experience includes working as the Head of Products and Senior Product Manager at Teknospire, a financial technology platform provider to financial institutions globally. As a member of the executive team, he conceptualized its flagship product FinX, an OPEN platform for digital payments services that helps financial institutions to create a cohesive digital banking ecosystem. He was responsible for researching emerging technologies innovations and latest product/process improvements in the BFSI sector and generating actionable ideas/concepts related to these upcoming technologies. He also led cross-functional teams across the globe for 15+ implementations from product conception through launch and managed product roll-out end-to-end. Additionally, he was involved in business and strategic partnership development, formulated innovative commercial models, participated in competitive pitches, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring in a multicultural environment. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) degree in Information & Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, where he graduated in 2010. He also has Intermediate Examination from Birla School, Pilani. His technical skills include product management, and he has a deep understanding of the FinTech industry.
