Anurag Roy is a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the Computer Science and Engineering Department. With a keen interest in the field of Machine Learning, Anurag has completed several projects in this domain. His primary areas of expertise are Multimodal Learning and Retrieval. Anurag has gained valuable industry experience by working with top companies like Amazon, CNERG, and Polaris Networks. Currently, he is an Applied Scientist Intern in the Core ML Team at Amazon. In his previous role as a Senior Research Fellow at CNERG, he contributed significantly to research projects in the areas of Machine Learning and Computer Vision. As a Software Developer at Polaris Networks, he was responsible for developing and testing software applications. Anurag has a strong educational background in Computer Science and Technology. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur, in 2017. Prior to that, he pursued his education in Science with Computer at Army Public School and The Future Foundation School Kolkata. Anurag's technical skills include Research Scientist, ML, and Software Engineer. He has gained relevant work experience of 5.02 years, which has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
