Anurag Sharma is a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He is currently working at gojek as a Senior Software Engineer, where he has designed and implemented the search feature in the Help Section of the Gojek Superapp using Elasticsearch. He has also optimized team infra on GCE, leading to a saving of $10K+/year and set up monitoring and alerting on various VMs, scenarios, etc. using the TICK stack. Anurag has built a simple OKR tracker for the team using Golang, React, Postgres, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, and TICK. Previously, Anurag worked at Morgan Stanley as an Associate Full Stack Developer, where he was responsible for the analysis, design, and development of new features into the system as migration of Flex Legacy UIs to modern Angular UIs, email notifications, furlough management, roster development, Admin Screens, etc. He also worked closely with business users for requirement gathering and scoping. Anurag used Java, J2EE, JUnit, Spring, Angular, Sybase, Git, Jira, and Agile during his tenure at Morgan Stanley. Anurag holds a Master of Technology in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. He also completed his schooling in Science from St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun.
