Anurag Sinha is a software professional with a passion for human resources and people analytics. With an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, he has a keen interest in understanding the philosophy behind compassion and how it can be transferred from individuals to the workplace. Anurag has a diverse educational background, having completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. He also holds a High School degree from DAV Public School, BSEB Patna, and a Secondary School degree from Delhi Public School, Patna. Anurag's career spans over six years, during which he has gained valuable experience working with some of the top companies in the industry. He is currently working as Lead HRBP Home and Furniture at Flipkart, where he is responsible for managing the HR business partnership for the Home and Furniture category. Prior to this, he worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Amazon and as a Software Engineer at Sony. Anurag's technical skills include software engineering, and he has a strong understanding of the tech stack. He is also passionate about learning new cultures and languages, which he believes helps him understand people closely.
