Anurag Soni is a seasoned Vice President of Technology with almost two decades of experience in the hospital and healthcare industry. He is skilled in various technologies such as Spring Boot, Apache Spark, Solr, Web Applications, and Elastic Stack (ELK). Anurag is a strong information technology professional who holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Currently, Anurag is the Vice President of Software Development at Angel Broking, where he leads a team of 20+ people in Android, Angular, Python, R, Hadoop, and QA testing. He has successfully carried out Elastic search integration for keyword suggestion, correction, and keyword search. Anurag has also incorporated Kibana for offer and store data graphical analysis, which saved the company cost for license Microsoft version. In his previous role as VP-Technology at Jiyyo, Anurag designed and developed the complete backend and frontend using Spring MVC, Hibernate, Spring, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Redis, and Spring boot. He led a team of 10+ people in Android, Angular, and QA testing and developed the HMS system for wireless offline mobiles/tabs communication within periphery (Using wifi Direct). Anurag also conceptualized the complete process from ideating to product planning to solution and identified competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company. As a Senior Architect at Pine Labs, Anurag led a team of 20+ people in Android, Angular, Python, R, Hadoop, and QA testing. He successfully converted latitude and longitude (Float) into Tiles (integer) through function for query to perform better. Anurag also skillfully mapped TID, MID data from Bank files and Sales team files using elastic search and adroitly solved MYSQL table locking issue due to which the whole system down time to time basis. Anurag holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee and completed his 6th to 12th from Pt. Deen Dayal School, Kanpur.
