Anurag is a passionate and driven software engineer with a strong focus on growth and learning. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Science at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and is seeking internship opportunities in Backend/Software Development for Summer 2022. Anurag has a diverse skill set that includes programming languages such as Golang, C++, and Python, as well as experience with databases such as MySQL and Oracle. He also has expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS and OCI, as well as DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, and Yaml. Anurag has 2.45 years of relevant experience, having previously worked as a Software Engineer - Backend at Kreditbee, where he designed and developed REST API’s for a ‘Whatsapp’ microservice in Golang running on AWS lambda instance, handling ~1 Million requests per day. He also developed a Bulk Upload Functionality for sending messages to 1 Million users concurrently and added a ‘Schedule Message’ functionality to the service which lets agents schedule a message for a particular time. Anurag has also worked as a Software Developer at Oracle, where he worked on the deployment of 5G Network as a Service on Oracle Cloud. He built and deployed LTE nodes as Docker containers and ensured high availability and reliability using Kubernetes. Anurag has also worked on onboarding customer service providers on OCI and connecting CSP’s nodes with 5G Saas service using Private Endpoints. Anurag's technical expertise extends to software engineering, AWS, Golang, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Backend, Terraform, Microservices, CI/CD, MySQL, DevOps, test, and Elastic Search. He has achieved 100% code coverage with unit test cases and has a strong commitment to quality. Anurag is an active contributor to open-source projects and has a Github profile with numerous projects. He is currently working as a SWE Intern at Splunk, where he is gaining experience in Golang, Python, K8's, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, and GitLab.
