Anush Ramachandran is a passionate Operations professional with a strong background in cultural events and college committees. Graduating as an engineer, Anush had to make a tough decision to either follow his passion or take up a tech job. When MyCaptain came for recruitment, offering the role of an Operations Executive, Anush jumped on the opportunity. Over the past 5 years, Anush has been working with MyCaptain with the sole aim of impacting lives at each step. Anush started as an Operations Executive and is currently working in the Founder’s Office. From getting down to sales himself to building strategies to leading a team of 15 people and now expanding into his role in the Founder’s Office, Anush has worked in almost every domain of the organization. His primary responsibilities in the Founder’s Office include Investor and Stakeholder Relations Management, Managing, Tracking and Analyzing Data for MIS, Monitoring Organizational Budget Planning and Execution with Finance Team, Managing Internal/External Communication on behalf of founders or the organization, Being a hardcore project manager for high impact, cross-department, company-wide projects with a strong operational focus, Approving and Craft Organizational Policies across back-office functions, Evaluating and Sourcing Candidates for Senior and Mid-Level Roles, Evaluating Companies/ Teams for Acquisition and Acqu-hiring, Leading Value Add External Partnerships for organizational growth, Understanding the company culture and strategy, and how to translate and spread it across the organization, Risk Identification and Mitigation across Operational Functions, and Assisting the founders, and senior management on the organization's day-to-day functioning and problem-solving. Anush's past experience includes Senior HR Operations Manager at MyCaptain, where his primary responsibilities included Planning, leading, developing, coordinating, and implementing policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs. Anush has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Telecommunications Engineering from SRM University. Anush is a Research Scientist with 5.45 years of relevant experience. When he is not working, you can find him either on the cricket field or relaxing with the latest standup comedy special on Netflix. Anush is looking forward to the exciting challenge in the next few years and to helping MyCaptain create an impact on millions of lives every single day.
