Anusha J is a Full Stack Java Developer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the software development industry. She is currently working as a Software Development Engineer 3 - Technical Lead at Amadeus, where she is leading the Java team for the Middleware project of leading Airlines. Anusha is responsible for handling business calls with the client, requirements gathering and analysis for the changes required, solution designing, code reviews, helping the team for the technical issues, and grooming the team for the next set of activities in the Scrum. She is also involved in deploying the services on the cloud platform. Anusha has also worked as an Analyst-System Development at Verizon, where she handled the role of an offshore developer and analyzed the requirements, proposing estimates for the change required. Anusha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University.
