Anusha is currently working as a Consultant Data Engineer at Factspan Inc. where she is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes. She is proficient in various programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL and has hands-on experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization. Anusha started her career as a Software Engineer at Innovationguru, where she worked on developing a tool for testing as a service. She also worked as a Salesforce Developer and provided creative solutions for real-time business approaches in customer management. During her tenure at Innovationguru, she gained expertise in Selenium and Pytest. Anusha is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur, where she completed her Dual Degree (Bachelor's + Master's) in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering. During her college days, she served as a Coordinator at FMC&MMC, IIT Kharagpur, where she successfully administered the committee in carrying regular inspections & raids on messes, restaurants, and eateries in the campus. She directed a team of 7 Assistant Coordinators & 25 Members and accomplished various tasks successfully in a well-organized manner contributing to the maintenance of healthy and hygienic food in the campus. Anusha is proficient in various tech stacks such as Data Engineering, Software Engineering, NLP, Selenium, ML, Salesforce, and Research Scientist.
