Anushka Bajpai is an accomplished and result-driven software data engineer with over 6.78 years of experience in the field. She is currently working as a Lead for Data and Intelligence at LTIMindtree, where she handles, upgrades, and develops network components. Anushka has collaborated and worked in teams ranging from 5 to 20 in number, which has helped her understand group dynamics at work. She is committed to delivering end-to-end solutions using Python, Java, Robot, Django, AWS & Docker. In addition, she follows best DevOps & Scrum practices to productionize the model. Anushka firmly believes in grinding it out and not stopping until it's done. Learning, unlearning, and continuously upskilling are crucial in today's fast-paced tech-evolving world. Hence, she decided to parallelly pursue her Masters in Data Science along with work. She aspires to be a Data Scientist, keen on solving real-world business problems with quantifiable returns.
