Anushka has previously worked as a Growth Analyst at Entrepreneur First, where she planned growth strategies to increase the top of the funnel with the local team and global team for Singapore, managed dashboards, and gathered and shared data insights. She has also worked as a Talent Acquisition and Data Insights professional at Deliveroo, where she managed the full recruitment cycle, crafted job descriptions, interviewed, negotiated, and extended offers, and researched and gathered various recruiting insights. Anushka holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, and is currently pursuing Full Stack Development from Le Wagon. Her tech stack includes Software Engineering, Integration, Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineering, and testing.
