Anushri Dixit is a seasoned Data Science and Business Intelligence professional with over 8 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Informatics Consultant/Lead at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, she is responsible for identifying savings and proposing green belt projects by leveraging data mining and visualization techniques. Anushri has a proven track record of identifying member pain points and proposing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. In her previous role at Aetna, Anushri designed and implemented a predictive model to identify dissatisfied members. She performed extensive exploratory data analysis to identify features for the model and built a pipeline to analyze trends, identify process gaps, and member feedback. Her efforts resulted in a reduction of false positives by 2% by introducing new features. Anushri’s experience also includes serving as a Data Analyst Intern at Aetna’s Internal Audit Department, where she designed a Tableau dashboard to describe the risk profile, duration, and scope of ongoing audits. She automated development of the dashboard by integrating R and Alteryx to facilitate continuous auditing and assisted in an audit to build a process to match invoices with the filed cash receipts for paid premiums. Anushri has also built a robot to download 1M checks from bank sites and extract paid amounts to match them with the billing system. Anushri holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDT).
