Anvay Patil is a senior software engineer with over 12 years of experience in building features, search engines, recommendation systems, and data pipelines for cloud-scale web applications. He is a polyglot developer and distributed systems engineer with a passion for design. Anvay's expertise lies in distributed systems, Golang, Java, Python, Javascript, Typescript, and HTML/CSS. He has worked in various areas such as distributed systems, search engines, recommendation systems, statistical machine learning (NLP) systems, and products with scalable loads on GCP. Currently, Anvay is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware R&D, where he is part of the NSX (SDN & Security) team. Additionally, he has built a CRM product for Advertising & Digital marketing domain at Amdocs.
