At Oracle, Anwesha is currently working as a Polyglot Developer and Advanced Tech Engineer under the Product Strategy Team. Her work involves designing tools to support Cloud ERP Strategy, collaborating with Joint Venture & Federal Financials Cloud product teams to deliver emerging technology solutions & new software capabilities aligned with broader Cloud ERP continuous release cycle, and evaluating emerging technologies that come out of Oracle Labs, OPAC, Cloud conferences & SPECTRA education. Anwesha's work revolves around "S=Qr", where S= Success, Q=Q Factor i.e structured problem-solving approach, technical skills & r=potential value of the given idea. She is highly adaptable to any technology and always looks forward to doing more and coming out as a better engineer than she was yesterday.
