Prior to this, he worked with the GPay IN Payments Platform team at Google. During his time at GPay IN, Apar's mission was to provide lightning-fast, secure, and reliable payment experiences for users in India. He was responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining core payments infrastructure for UPI, which drove over a billion transactions every month on GPay, with 1xx M MAU.
