Aparaajith Balaram is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from NC State with expertise in Thermal Engineering, CFD, Mechanical Design, and Product Design. He is actively seeking full-time positions that will allow him to apply his skills and knowledge to real-world problems. Currently working as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Shanmugha Precision Forging (SPF), Aparaajith has programmed CNC machines and operated them to accurately machine various parts. He has also assisted the QA department and utilized precision measuring equipment to check tolerances of finished products. Prior to SPF, Aparaajith gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Bimetal Bearings Ltd. He learned about the design and manufacturing of bushings, bearings, and washers and helped with the QA department. He also operated various precision measuring equipment to check tolerances of finished products and understood the basics and importance of 5S principles in maximizing work potential. Aparaajith's education background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. He has a relevant experience of 6.11 years and possesses a strong tech stack that includes product design and QA. Aparaajith is a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven professional who is passionate about using his skills and knowledge to solve complex problems. He is a quick learner and has a strong work ethic, which makes him an asset to any team.
