Aparajita is an experienced software developer with a strong background in Microsoft Technologies such as C#, SharePoint, .Net, MS SQL, and proficiency in both back-end and front-end technologies. She is currently working as a Manager, Digital Financial Solutions, Airtel Africa Projects at Comviva, where she has successfully launched new software products from scratch and managed the complete life-cycle from design, architecture, and development through to deployment. Aparajita has great design and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for architecting for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. She has over 9 years of relevant experience and has worked in large teams using Agile-based development methodology. Her key responsibilities include managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to planning to implementation, collaborating cross-functionally with all stakeholders to develop and iterate on workflows and product features, analyzing user behavior and conducting research to identify trends within the target customer base and translating those insights into product features, working closely with design and engineering to build features, test, learn and go-to-market ensuring execution against the high-level product roadmap, defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of products after launch, and using data to drive decision making.
