Aparajita Renwa is an experienced HR professional with over 11 years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business partnering. She has worked in start-ups across various industries such as IT, E-learning, E-commerce, and Food tech. Aparajita is currently employed at Meesho as a Manager - Talent Acquisition, where she has spearheaded the hiring for two of the most important revenue-generating organizations, Business Category & Monetization, with a team of seven. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from B.P.Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIPM, and completed ILR Training in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cornell University.
