With a passion for teamwork, Aparna plays a key role in helping entrepreneurs take their ideas from zero to scale and to the product market fit stage using design thinking, lean execution, and agile methodology. Aparna has 1.19 years of relevant experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. She is currently working as a Human Resources Recruiter at Zemoso, where she is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments. Prior to joining ZeMoSo, Aparna worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Aashman Foundation, where she gained valuable experience in digital marketing and social media management. Aparna holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CMR College of Engineering & Technology, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in BCCs from RK Degree and PG College. She is a proactive and results-oriented professional who is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve her goals.
