Aparna Vedam is a seasoned Senior Manager of Learning and Development (L&D) at LTI with over 9 years of relevant experience. She is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, where she pursued HR Analytics as her field of study. Aparna is a technology champion awardee in the L&D space and has been instrumental in driving the adoption of digital learning solutions across the organization. Currently, Aparna is responsible for liaising with the Digital Practice Units/Business Units and facilitating their training requirements. She has a proven track record of designing and delivering effective L&D programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement. In her current role as Manager of L&D at L&T, Aparna has been instrumental in driving the adoption of digital learning solutions across the organization. Prior to her current role, Aparna held various leadership roles in Human Resources at L&T and Ruletronics. As Senior Human Resources Manager at L&T, she managed the HR functions within the Pega Business Unit (Ruletronics) that was recently acquired by LTI. At Ruletronics, Aparna served as Senior Manager of HR and Employer Branding, where she managed the overall HR and Marketing functions and strove to make Ruletronics the top employer in the Pega space. Aparna holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras and has completed her Middle School education from The Hindu Senior Secondary School. She also holds a degree in HR from IIM Rohtak. Aparna's technical expertise lies in infra, and she has a keen interest in learning and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
