Aparna Vijaykumar is a highly motivated Product Manager at JUSPAY who is known for her first principles thinking and attention to detail. Aparna is intrigued by behavioural sciences, art and movement therapy, any tool, process, or product that deals with being efficient, and how to brew the perfect coffee! She also loves to take care of her indoor plants and learn how not to kill them. With 8.53 years of relevant experience, Aparna has worked with several companies in the past, including Thribe, a HR tech startup, where she worked as a Founding Member - Product. She was responsible for primary and secondary user research, market research and competitor analysis, deriving the foundational organizational behaviour framework, and building a low-tech pilot to test the product market fit for a leading fin-tech company. Aparna was also a Small Business Owner at Apparel Boutique, where she optimized order workflows, re-evaluated vendors in the supply chain, upskilled the workforce, and set up an online sales platform on Facebook. Aparna has a Summer Program in Inclusive and Social Business from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
