Apoorva Agarwal is a seasoned Product Manager with almost six years of experience in the industry. Currently, she is working as a Program Manager 2 at Microsoft, where she is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and delivery of a product in the customer integration space. Apoorva has a proven track record of evangelizing Azure product suite to partners and helping them secure sales opportunities through customer demos and POCs. She is also 70-533 Azure certified. Apoorva completed her MBA in Marketing & IT, which has given her keen analytical skills to understand business process requirements and suggest optimized solutions using Azure and Microsoft product stack. She is responsible for managing the product lifecycle starting from concept, design, prioritization, sample production (MVP), testing, forecast, cost, evangelize, and support. As an Agile Product Owner, she works with designers and developers to come up with various design alternatives and creates detailed specifications for the engineering team that captures the proposed design and proactively makes plans to mitigate any risks. Apoorva also develops communication plans, deployment strategies, and training materials to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption. In her past roles at Microsoft, Apoorva worked as a Partner Technical Consultant, where she provided technical consultation and presales assistance for SMB Partners on Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) product space. She also educated Microsoft partners through proactive engagements, product demos, webcasts, presentations, and training to adopt and communicate the Azure value proposition. Apoorva has also designed POCs to demonstrate product features and capabilities to end customers through technical presentations. Apoorva holds a PGDM degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing & IT from T.A.Pai Management Institute and a BTech degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering Roorkee.
