Apoorva Ganotra is a seasoned HR professional with almost 8 years of experience working in both well-established and start-up organizations. She has gained exposure to various industries, including FMCG, KPO/Analytics, computer software, and logistics-tech. Apoorva has made numerous decisions, both good and not-so-good, which have helped her become a Jack of 'All-Things-Human-Resources' and a master of some. Apoorva has experience in various aspects of HR management, including process reengineering, change management, talent management, employee experience, and scaling up of start-ups. She has managed a workforce of 50-500 employees and is a self-starter with a sense of ownership. Apoorva is a strategic thinker who can turn ideas into execution with her problem resolution approach. Currently, Apoorva is working as an Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Loconav, an end-to-end fleet management platform backed by Sequoia Capital. Before this, she worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources (Business Partnering) and a Human Resource Business Partner at Loconav. At Loconav, Apoorva was responsible for stakeholder management, employee relations, grievance management, talent management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, policies formulation and implementation, talent acquisition, process improvement and automation, capability building, and driving new initiatives. Apoorva holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from EMPI Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Delhi, and a Japanese Language Certificate Course from Nihongo Centre, New Delhi.
