Apoorva Mahale is a Salesforce Developer at the OSU Extension Service and a Computer Science Master’s student at Oregon State University. With close to 4 years of professional experience, Apoorva has worked for Accenture and SAP Labs in India, where she gained expertise in middleware integration development, software quality assurance, application support, and incident management & resolution. At SAP Labs, Apoorva worked on the BTP platform for the Cloud for Utilities (C4U) portfolio, where she built third-party integrations and configured business processes/workflows on the Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Workflow Management (WM) applications. She also contributed as a quality engineer on the team responsible for the Services vertical of SAP’s leading CRM offering, Cloud for Customer (C4C). Apoorva has completed a host of SAP certifications spanning Intelligent Enterprise, Analytics Cloud, and S/4HANA in an endeavor to cultivate SAP landscape expertise. At Accenture, Apoorva garnered experience in software quality assurance and functional knowledge of Healthcare, Retail, and Utilities domains through global client projects. She also invested time in skilling herself up in cloud technologies through Azure and GCP trainings. Beyond work, Apoorva has ever-evolving interests that encompass reading, karaoke, playing the piano, and studying Sanskrit and the Romance languages. She is also passionate about Hindustani classical music and has completed a Madhyama Poorna degree in vocal music.
