Apoorva R. is a Grade A Officer at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), where she is currently posted as an Assistant Manager (IT). With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, Apoorva has 4.53 years of experience in the tech industry. Prior to her current role, Apoorva worked at Samsung Semiconductor India R&D as a Senior Engineer for 2.5 years. During her time at Samsung, she was involved in the development of NVDIMM based device driver using C and C++, and was also part of Samsung's distributed storage solution - scaleout. She implemented an ansible-based orchestration framework to deploy a scaleout cluster with a fixed number of compute and storage nodes. Apoorva's current role at SEBI involves project management and software development. She is working on the development of new modules in SEBI Intermediary Portal (SI Portal) using MVC framework and the development of workflows for various applications using IBM Business Process Manager. She is also responsible for inspecting market intermediaries to ensure compliance and developing data analytic solutions for automation of various processes. Aside from her work, Apoorva is a huge enthusiast for tech, sports, and travel. She enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. Apoorva holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, where she graduated in 2018. She also completed her 12th grade from DAV Centenary Public School, Ajmer, and her 10th grade from Queen Mary's Girls School, Ajmer.
