Apurbaa Bhattacharjee is a software engineer with a passion for algorithm design, data analytics, image processing, computational photography, camera sensors, computer vision, and deep learning. She completed her Master's in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she focused on research in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Camera Imaging technologies. Currently, Apurbaa works at Meta as a full-stack engineer, developing products for Android mobile. She has previously worked in Samsung Research India, specializing in camera systems development roles on the Android platform. She also has experience in the framework and application development for the Tizen operating system. Apurbaa has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaching courses on Introduction to Artificial Intelligence under the guidance of Dr. Sharon Li, Dr. Fred Sala, Dr. Yingyu Liang, Dr. Yin Li, Dr. Anthony Gitter, and Dr. Daifeng Wang. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jadavpur University, Apurbaa has a strong foundation in software engineering. She also has a Higher Secondary Education degree in Science from Patha Bhavan and a Secondary Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Loreto Day School - India.
